The influence of synthesis method on synthesis of Ti-SiZSM-5 molecular sieve and the discussion of synthesis process
The Open Laboratory of Comprehensive Utilization of Carbon Resources, Dalian University of Technology Abstract: The influence of synthetic raw material composition, aging, ultrasonic vibration treatment, addition of directing agent or seed crystals on the synthesis of Ti-SiZSM-5 molecular sieve was studied in a cheap raw material hydrothermal synthesis system. The results show that at lower alkalinity, n(SiO2)/n(TiO) is very wide and uniform, and Ti-SiZSM-48 is easily formed; at higher alkalinity, n(SiO2)/n(TiO2) is between 50-400 Ti-SiZSM-5 is easily formed at times.
