Activated zeolite powder is prepared after deep processing and activation of synthetic molecular sieve powder. Because the raw molecular sieve powder lost most of its moisture during the high-temperature roasting process, the activated zeolite powder has strong activity, a certain degree of dispersibility and fast adsorption capacity; and can be directly used as an adsorbent with selective adsorption in production. It can improve the uniformity and strength of the material; avoid foam generation and extend the service life.

　　Activated zeolite powder is widely used in the production of polyurethane and other polymers. It can adsorb impurities such as moisture that affects the quality of the product without changing the physical and chemical properties of the product itself. It can also be added as a selective adsorbent to the production process of specific polymers or coatings, used to adsorb CO2, H2S and other gases generated in the production process. Some powdered molecular sieves can also be applied to hollow glass composite rubber strips as a desiccant or as a catalyst carrier.
