Natural gas dehydration purification

Natural gas dehydration purification

Untreated natural contains saturated water, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and other impurities, these impurities need to be purified by molecular sieve to reach the standard of natural gas products.

After natural gas is dehydrated, the dew point of natural gas is greatly reduced, so that the water in the natural gas can be prevented from freezing and blocking the pipeline during the natural gas liquefaction process.

Water can react with other gases in natural gas such as hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide. If the water in natural gas is not removed in time, the natural gas pipeline will be severely corroded.

Molecular sieves are widely used in natural gas drying processes to remove impurities such as moisture from natural gas.

FLN5 molecular sieve is a sodium aluminosilicate with a crystal pore size of 4 Å(0.4 nm).

Application: For air, natural gas, alkanes, refrigerants, organic solvents and other gases and liquids in the depth of dehydration drying; argon purification; paint, dyes and coatings industry in the dehydration; pharmaceutical packaging, electronic components and volatile chemicals static drying.

Its high strength fully guarantees the service life. It can absorb water, a small amount of carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and other trace impurities in natural gas, especially when dealing with natural gas with low content of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide (below 200 ppm). After adsorption treatment, natural gas can be directly transported.

FLC5 is a calcium-sodium aluminosilicate with a crystal pore size of 5 Å(0.5 nm).

Natural gas drying molecular sieve

It is mainly used for deep dehydration and drying of natural gas, and its high strength fully guarantees its service life. At the same time, it can absorb a small amount of carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and other trace impurities in natural gas, especially when dealing with natural gas with low carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide content (below 200 ppm). After adsorption treatment, natural gas can be directly piped.
