In the cryogenic air separation plant, oxygen, nitrogen and argon are separated in the cryogenic liquid state according to their different boiling points. Therefore, the moisture and carbon dioxide in the air need to be removed in advance to prevent the moisture and carbon dioxide in the air from freezing and blocking the pipeline during the air compression process.
