Jiangsu Fulong New Materials Co., Ltd. currently has four coal-fired kilns that need to be transformed into "coal-to-gas" equipment, including 2 coal-fired high-temperature rotary kilns, 1 medium-temperature coal-fired rotary kiln and 1 coal-fired pusher kiln. The specific parameters of the kilns are as follows:

Main technical parameters of 1. high temperature rotary kiln

1. Outer diameter of drum: φ810mm;

2. Roller material: 310S heat-resistant steel;

3. Original heating method: coal-fired furnace;

4. Heating furnace size: foreign minister 8700mm, furnace length 7980mm;

5. Design temperature of furnace outside the drum: 950 ℃;

6. Material temperature in drum: 650~800 ℃;

7. Inclination angle of drum: 1.45 ° (height difference between both ends of heating furnace is about 210mm);

8. Structure type of heating furnace: external heating;

9. Structural requirements for transformation of rotary kiln: heating furnace and smoke exhaust device shall include furnace body, burner, combustion air/gas pipeline and smoke exhaust device, etc.

10. Rotary kiln monitoring requirements: intelligent instruments equipped with continuous proportional automatic temperature control in each zone of furnace hearth temperature, instrument overtemperature alarm, the system shall be equipped with a touch screen, with data recording/display/storage/modification/download/copy disk printing function.

Monitoring requirements: intelligent instruments equipped with heating furnace hearth temperature zones are equipped with continuous proportional automatic temperature control, instrument overtemperature alarm, the system needs to be equipped with a touch screen, with data recording/display/storage/modification/download/copy disk printing function;
